    Full set of 4 injectors ultrasonically cleaned and matched by static flow rate and spray pattern.

     

    These injectors have been through our ultrasonic bath twice and then batch selected on spray pattern and flow rate from our huge selection of injectors.

     

    This Service Includes: -

    Injector coil resistance test

    Physically examine for damage

    Injector exterior is chemically cleaned and hand washed before testing

    The injector is Ultrasonic cleaned including submerged pulsation to break up built up deposits

    A pressurised leak test is performed

    Spray pattern and flow are tested and checked using state of the art ASNU flow testing equiptment

    Filter baskets are replaced

    "O" rings, washers, and pintle caps are checked, cleaned, re-fitted and replaced if required.
