  • Citroen Saxo VTS Carbon Fibre Inlet Manifold Insert

     

    Replaces the standard 16V insert located on top of the inlet manifold.

    Now being manufactured from 2x2 Pre-preg 245 gram carbon fibre and autoclaved (pressure oven with vacuum facility) at 70 degrees for 8 hrsand baked at 130 degrees C (post cure) for 6 hrs.

    The finished material is extremely strong, resistant to chemicals and is typically 0.6mm - 0.9mm thick.

    Pre-preg material is typically used in high end motorsport & marine applications ie. F1, WRC, Offshore F1 Powerboats, etc.

    This item is a direct replacement for the original insert and will require bonding into place and is also embossed with the SPOOX logo.

     

    Note: The standard insert weighs 36g, this Carbon Fibre insert weighs 28g
